Return & Refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot take returns or exchanges of CUSTOM ORDERS.  Custom orders will be proceed until sample confirmed. they are with your photos/designs/logo, they cannot be sold to anyone else.  All sales are final on custom orders unless we sent you the wrong size or if you find a damage to the product. thanks for your understanding.

How it works？

You can select from our existing socks model. Or custom your own socks model. Custom your own socks model would need 3000pairs MOQ per knitting request.

We will provide your layout against socks model. Or just send us your idea our designer will help you on the designing adjustment.

It will take 3~7days for sampling making. We will send you photo for confirmation, if you will need physical samples freight collect. Polyester socks sampling charge 50$. Cotton socks sampling charge 100$. (exclude express)

After view the printed sample photos or receive physical samples. Customer confirm on the samples. And arrange 30% TT deposit

We will proceed mass production against your confirmed sample.

After production is completed. Customer arrange balance payment.

Small volume we suggest send via express. We have cooperated express agent.
Large volume we suggest delivery via sea shipping. Can be your assigned agent. Or our cooperated shipping forwarder.

1.Socks style customizable if qty over 3000Pairs.
2. Price based on normal poly bag packing. If need special head card pls discuss with the vender.
3. Less than 100 per design/size pls discuss with the vender with different custom cost.
