Blank white Cotton socks. Suitable to print white background or light background or colorful designs
Blank white cotton socks with interior black elastic. Suitable to print dark color designs. Especially for design with solid black color. It will has better effect when stretching socks. Pure white socks would leak less white while stretching. But with interior black elastic it would solve this problem.
It’s only our opinion from previous printing experience. Customer would have their options according to the acceptability of the print effect.

About Digtal Printing On Cotton Socks
After years of research, we found premium cotton yarns which suitable for digital printing. As we all know, sublimation heat transfer socks are very popular in the market, but the heat transfer process is only suitable for polyester socks or socks with a high polyester yarn content. For coton socks, sublimation transfer is not feasible, which is why we recommend 360 digital printing, which can be applied to polyester socks, cotton socks, bamboo fiber socks, wool socks and other materials. Generally speaking, compared with polyester socks, the printing process of cotton socks is far more complicated than polyester, because cotton is a natural fiber, and we need to have pretreatment process and subsequent processes like stearing, washing etc to complete the finished products. The printing effect of cotton socks is amazing, the finished product has a bright color and strong color fastness.
